Cancellation & Replacement Policy – Capital Express

1. Ticket cancellations are permitted in accordance with the cancellation rules provided at the time of booking.

2. All cancellation requests must be submitted within the allowed time frame.

3. Replacement tickets will not be issued once travel has commenced.

4. Applicable cancellation charges, if any, will be deducted before processing refunds.
